Waste heat recovery device
The condensed water in the thermal cycle of the thermal power plant. After the demineralized water is heated and deoxygenated by the deaerator, the non-condensable gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe to the atmosphere. Because in the process of removing non-condensable gas, a lot of noise will be polluted, and at the same time, a part of the steam will be discharged together, which will cause a part of energy waste. The new type of deaerator exhaust steam energy collection device designed and produced by our company is to recover the residual steam discharged from the deaerator and heat the cooling water to recycle it, while eliminating the noise of the deaerator steam and optimizing the environment.

Second, the working principle and process:
A. Working principle
The upper part of the cylinder of the deaerator energy receiver is equipped with a water spray cooling pipe chamber. The water spray cooling pipe chamber is composed of a high-efficiency rotary ejector and a cooling pipe, and one side thereof is connected with a cooling water inlet pipe. Below the water spray cooling pipe chamber is an atomizing space, below the atomizing space is a heat and mass transfer component, below the heat and mass transfer component is a steam distributor, and one side of the steam distributor is connected to a steam exhaust inlet pipe.
This new type of exhaust steam energy collector is different from the ordinary deaerator residual steam recovery device. It reduces the three heat and mass transfer modes of atomization, water spray pan and liquid film into one, so it has high efficiency. It has a large endothermic function, and has a strong analytical ability for non-condensing gases. The ordinary water spray and falling film are changed to a strong atomized falling film, which increases the degree of renewal of the liquid film and makes the liquid film strongly entrained. Steam increases heat and mass transfer functions.
B. Process flow
The cooling water is introduced through the demineralized water main pipe from the inlet pipe of the deaerator exhaust steam receiver into the energy receiver. The deaerator's steam is taken in front of the deaerator's exhaust door and taken into the receiver. The interior undergoes sufficient mass and heat transfer, and the non-condensable gas is discharged from the upper exhaust gas exhaust port. The condensed water flows downward together with the sprayed atomized liquid film, flows out from the water outlet, and enters the drain tank.
