The ball net
is one of the key components in the rubber ball cleaning process of the condenser. To maintain the sponge rubber ball's continuous cleaning of the condenser tube, the rubber ball must be continuously fed into the cleaning system. The rubber balls that have been cleaned from the cooling pipe are recovered in time and used again for cleaning the pipe. The collecting net is a device used to collect all the rubber balls dispersed in the cooling water for reuse. Therefore, the receiving rate of the receiving net is very important. How the receiving net works
The new ball-receiving net is provided with an A-type grid net in the corresponding pipeline. The upper part is the water inlet end. The screen plate completely covers the entire pipeline section, and the ball-receiving work starts from this. All the over-flow parts such as the screen, main shaft, shaft block and fasteners of the receiving net can be made of high-quality stainless steel. The two screens of the A-type grid are rotated by two rotating shafts. In non-operating conditions, the screens can be rotated to a certain angle to form an H-shaped structure parallel to the water flow. The H-shaped structure allows water to backwash the screen, which can remove debris on the screen and reduce water resistance. Turn the screen back to the original A-structure position during the pitching operation. The main types are manual (small diameter) and electric (large diameter). That is, the diameter of the circulating water pipe is smaller than DN700, and a manual single-plate type net can be used. When the diameter of the circulating water pipe is larger than DN700, a double-plate split-type net can be used.
