Fourth, technical description:
1. The user provides the unit capacity, the model of the old aspirator, the technical parameters, the original water pump, and the motor parameters.
2. Determine the replacement purpose: mainly to improve the vacuum, or to maintain the current vacuum to reduce power consumption.
3. Provide the water inlet pipe diameter, air pipe diameter and elevation of the original air extractor to facilitate the reference implementation of the water jet air extractor produced by our company, which is convenient and time-saving during installation and reduces labor intensity.
4. Before the transformation, our company provided a transformation plan, a benefit analysis report, and an installation drawing as user reference documents.
Five, installation instructions:
1. The aspirator body has passed the 0.5Mpa water pressure test and dry air suction test before leaving the factory. After installation, ensure that the connection flanges, vacuum meter joints, etc. are tight.
2. The length of the connection between the air inlet pipe of the air extractor and the air pipe of the condenser should be as short as possible to reduce the resistance of air extraction.
3. The installation of the air extractor should be vertical, and the sections should be strictly centered when combined, and the support bracket should be stable.
4. The installation height of the air extractor should be moderate to reduce pressure loss. The depth of the drainage pipe inserted into the water tank is 250mm ~ 300mm.
5. Due to the gradual increase of the water temperature in the closed cycle, the cooling water needs to be replenished regularly. The cooling water should be replenished to the pump inlet as much as possible to give full play to its cooling effect.
6. When only one air extractor is installed in each unit, the air line does not have to be too high. When two air extractors are installed, in order to prevent the water in the water tank from returning to the condenser through the check valve of the backup air extractor, The height of the air communication pipe is ≥11m.
Six, transformation examples:
After the water pumping technology of the N50MW SAIC unit of a power plant was changed to TD-32, the water pump impeller was cut as required, the jet pump current was reduced from 102A to 84.3A, the unit vacuum was increased from 93Kpa to 95Kpa, and the exhaust temperature was reduced from 42 ° At 38 ° C, the shaft-seal fan stops the current input and saves 5A by using the fresh-speed exhaust air extractor.
